Starting Visual Basic

1. On the Windows Desktop hold down the Microsoft logo key or click on the Start Button. The Start menu appears.

2. Highlight Programs >Microsoft Visual Basic 6 > Microsoft Visual Basic 6.

3. Visual Basic displays a New Project dialog box.

4. Select the 'Standard EXE icon. Visual Basic will create a stand-alone program that you can copy or give to other Adobe InDesign users who may not have their own copy of Visual Basic.
