This appendix is not available on the web version of this document. The hard copy version that was sent to the bank had a spreadsheet itemizing costs in three categories.
In contrast to the cost estimate determined by the quantity surveyor of $7500, the totals on the spreadsheet were:
1. Cost of R. Schurmann's time at $20.00 per hour = $6830.
(This item was not included in either of the others)
2. That part of the cost that would have had to be born even if there had been no site constraints = $24,246.26
3. The actual cost to complete the job = $41,493.97
