Its purpose was to provide a prototype of a optimal real-time staff management system. It provides a graphical display of the workload of technicians and presents such information as type, duration, number, appointment time, contract time, current time, etc. The program was able to update a graphical display containing information about eighty techs and seven hundred jobs within less than a second. This speed was achievied using Windows graphical API calls.
