Learn and practice meditation and self-hypnosis
at a workshop with Monika Merkes

Non-religious, non-denominational approach with a focus on health and wellbeing.
Between 6 and 15 participants per workshop.

At the workshop ...
    You will practice different techniques for relaxation and meditation.
    You will learn skills that build on meditation to achieve a positive mind,
    improved health and wellbeing.
    You will learn to communicate with and influence your subconscious mind to
    change long held behaviour patterns, attitudes and thought processes.
    You will practice self-hypnosis.

Self-hypnosis can help you to:

  • give up smoking
  • relax
  • control weight
  • sleep better
  • deal with chronic pain
  • improve your health
  • improve confidence
  • improve public speaking
  • focus better on study and work
  • feel more positive and energetic
  • let go of unwanted habits and irrational fears
Hypnosis and self-hypnosis are used to treat a range of health problems, for example irritable bowel syndrome, chronic pain and anxiety (links to relevant articles in medical journals are here).
