This series is Anne Rice's other vampire stories, the ones that are not part of the Vampire Chronicles, they are very similar they just don't interrelate like the chronicles do and are single stand-alone stories (the series that isn't a series). I have only read one of the novels from this series, Vitorio the Vampire. I will not give a rundown of it here, I will save it for the overview of the book itself when I get around to reviewing it.
