Welcome to my website, where I record my historical costuming projects from various eras. Please feel free to look around and look below for the most recent updates. I am always happy to hear from people regarding either the site or my sewing - suggestions, questions, anything is welcome! I can be contacted at...
Monday 26th June 2006: I am woefully aware of how much I've neglected the site for the last fewmonths or so, but I'm pleased ot announce that there's a new page up for my new Regency Spencer, complete with pictures. Friday 17th March 2006: Pretty picturesBecause I have a thousand other things I should be doing, I'm updating my web page. Of course, it all makes sense. I've rearranged a few things, and I've got rid of the stripes because I was worried I might be doing strange things to people's eyes. There's a new page for Regency clothing - specifically my drop-front dress. There's also a page for my regency stays. There's also some preliminary research for the Anne Boleyn Dress. Tuesday 24th January: Mornin' Vicar!Oh, I've been listening to sooo much Ross Noble, I think he's entered my sub-conscious! But besides that: despite my disgraceful lack of updates, and the excessively hot weather, I've actually been doing a lot of sewing! The most exciting thing is that I've finished my Victorian corset - yes, that's right, the one you didn't know I'd started. So the diary/gallery page can be seen here. I've got to apologise for the poor quality photos, but I thought I'd wait until I've done some more of my Victorian underthings and then do some proper shots. I've also been messing around with the site design again - we've got stripes! - but it's still in transition. Click here to read older updates |
