EVENTS (e.g. destruction of the Internet by
terrorist attack) FRENCH TECHNICAL TRANSLATIONS (FTT) CAN STILL WORK FOR YOU : |
Step 1: FAX the document you want to translate (Fax 61-3-95097457) and, after having done a manual word-count, FTT will send you a quote in 2 parts :
Part 1 : Fixed cost as per word-count
Part 2 : Estimated extra cost, by time at an hourly rate (see below)Step 2: If you have accepted the quote :
(a) FTT will OCR-scan your faxed document into a word-processing- file (cost depending on time; see Step 1 Part 2 above)
(b) FTT will translate the document (fixed cost; see Step 1 Part 1 above)
(c) Formatting of the translated document : Free of charge as usual.Step 3: Sending the document to you :
(a) FTT will immediately FAX the translated document to you (cost as itemised by Telecom; see Step 1 Part 2 above)
(b) FTT will send you the translated document, on floppy-disks or on CD-Rom, by snail-mail as well (cost as itemised by Post-Office)
(c) FTT will send you the translated document by E-mail as soon as the Internet is working again.
