Traditional mealtime prayer of the native residents of the Dandenong Psychiatric Centre

A scanned version of the traditional meal-time mantra used in the Dandenong Psychiatric Centre - 'I am so grateful for that great big ball of fire in the sky. Without which, we would each of us most surely die.' - Traditional mealtime prayer of the native residents of the Dandenong Psychiatric Centre :) ... occured to me while lying on a park bench at Brighton Beach Saturday (24-2-2001) ... it was a lovely day too ... pleasantly cool for late summer here in the land of Oz and plenty of people out walking their canine friends. I hadn't been down that way in years - we used to live there & I suppose you take it for granted ... some great painted tiles are now embedded in the footpath at various places along the foreshore ... and is it JUST me or do shells and stones look infinitely more interesting when they lie strewn along the shoreline than they ever seem to be anywhere else ... I decided not to merely transcribe this mantra but to scan the original handwritten version of it as I feel this may have deeper transformative properites ...
