Words cannot do justice to our only Mum - a remarkable woman of huge, loving heart, of great achievement, and a most special art teacher and puppeteer. She passed the veil as she lived - forever trusting God, always with a cheerful disposition looking at the bright side of life and the good side of people, and grateful for all the blessings she received. She was equally grateful for her painful experiences as the sage that she was appreciated how they had all helped her grow tremendously in spirit, with each challenging initiation eventually opening new doors of joy and love. Thus in her 85th year she still delighted in teaching her U3A art class, attending church, creating brightly coloured paintings from her sunny house overlooking the beach at Portarlington while treasuring fond memories of a great many good friends she had known throughout her life.
Her funeral service reflected her joy of life, even having laughter! I feel to share the audio of this beautiful service with you to reveal what a profound affect one God-trusting bouyant and creative soul can have on so many. CicelyFrickerFuneral.mp3 (22MB, broadband only).
Here is her painting of her guardian angels.

And a typical bright painting.

And my brother's tribute and collection of photos of her paintings: http://www.pbase.com/junglegeorge/cissfrickerpaintings
